A real peach of a show

So The Real Housewives of Atlanta, is a show that I have up until now successfully manage to avoid. Picture a show comprised of mostly women who spend money on designer clothes too tight for their bosoms. But the the latest two episodes "Kim-tervention and Unbeweevable" have been absolutely magical. I watch and I'm distracted by the tight clothes and entertained by the Jerry Springer-esque antics.

Some great quotes "I felt the need to tug on her wig, I didn't want tp pull it off, I just wanted to shift it a little"

If you were to only watch a couples of episodes these would be it!

My Mom is a Fob

mymomisafob.com/

I have one of my own to share!
Today my mom asked me to take her shopping at ____. All I could decipher was something that sounded like "rejoice" I finally figured it out and when we got closer to a large sign, my mom says "oh thats the name of the store, Trendy Joys"
It was Trader Joes.
Pretty close, I guess to some it could be considered a trendy and joyful place.

Hello! Update! My mom again asked if could take her grocery shopping. This time she asked to go to Tracey Jones!

Coming to America is on tv!

Twice in a row, nonetheless! There are too many great quotes to mention here. All I have to say is this movie is ridiculous! Checkout this dress! Funny stuff. Definitely one, that if on tv I will not change the channel!

Prince Akeem: I am Akeem.
Lisa McDowell: It's nice to meet you, Akeem.
Prince Akeem: I have recently been placed in charge of garbage. Do you have any that requires disposal?
Lisa McDowell: No. It's totally empty.
Prince Akeem: When it fills up, call me. I will take it out most urgently.
Lisa McDowell: That's good to know.
Prince Akeem: When you think of garbage, think of Akeem.

Fascinating! Eric Hanson’s A Book of Ages

Here's a snippet, more on flavorpill:

“When I was in my late 20s I wondered if you could draw a roadmap from the accumulated events of people’s lives,” explains Eric Hanson

"His picks for some of the most interesting ages in cultural history:

AGE 3

Sigmund Freud sees his mother naked, 1859.

AGE 4

Mick Jagger meets Keith Richards, 1947.

AGE 9

Hank Williams learns to drink liquor while living for a year with his cousins’ family in Fountain, Alabama, 1933.

AGE 11

In 1934 Charles Schulz’s family gets a new black and white dog. His name isn’t Snoopy."
